In class we got to do TED Like Talks, which were basically Ted Talks but we didn’t get two years to practice. My TED Like Talk I talked about some myth busters about TutAnkhAmon. If you have to do public speaking like this I have a few tips for you.
These are some things I do to make sure my presentation is good and I hope you use these tips to.
In class we read The Westing Game by Ellen Raskin. In this book there was a character that loved the stock market and in class we did a stock market contest. And in this contest we each had 20,000 fake dollars and chose different stocks. My favorite stock that I chose was Ubisoft. Ubisoft is a company that produces many video games as well as one of my favorite game series called Assassin’s Creed, which is why I chose the stock. In the end I was behind by 200 dollars with a total of one thousand three hundred thirty three dollars and twenty four cents, which put me in second place. Thanks for reading my ramblings.
Reading The Last Cuentista was very interesting, it changed my view on science fiction books, and although I was not a big fan of the book I would suggest trying it. The Last Cuentista had many good parts but I think the best part was when the main character found out her brother is an old man.
We got to create ideal worlds in class based off of the book The Last Cuentista. My Ideal world is described in my Ideal World blog post, feel free to check it out. Please tell me something about your ideal world in the comments section below.
In class we got to make handmade books, it was a fun and interesting experience which involved a lot of glue. We made the books by collating different colored papers to make a scene. These are some of the things we have done in language arts.
One class I’m taking is Movement. It is really fun. In movement, we play games, stretch, and do dances. Right now in movement we are doing final projects, in our final projects we can use props or no props, in my group we are using props. My favorite game in movement is asparagoose. In asparagoose everyone has to move around and throw a ball but you can only throw the ball to someone if you make eye contact, also you can’t talk. In the year 9,999,999.99999999 there was a world called Luteland. On Luteland there were many animals such as giraffes that produced wool, miniature walruses, tiny crocodiles that breathed in CO2 and breathed out oxygen and were oddly friendly, living sphinxes, and unusually tiny monkeys that needed neither food nor drink nor air and were used as currency.
The planet resembled Ancient Egypt very closely, other than the purple sky, green water, blue grass, and red sand. The people of this planet were twelve feet tall and had a third arm growing out of their backs who also happened to be born with instant knowledge. They also rode around on chariots pulled by unicorns.
For foliage, they had trees shaped like lamb chops that produce medium rare lamb chops they also had bushes that were shaped like rabbit chops that produced rabbit chops. They also had unlimited cell service and free unlimited data plans. They also had Great Danes as pets. When you looked at the planet from the outside, in space, you could see it was shaped like a lute and the strings were rivers and in between the rivers there were towns. In the sound hole thingy on the lute, that is where they throw criminals into. On the dark side of the planet no one lives there because the gravity is too strong. On January 27th we had a field trip to the museum of natural sciences in Raleigh, North Carolina. The field trip was very fun except for the fact that I didn’t get to see the exhibition called, James Cameron Channeling the Deep. It’s about a man named James Cameron and it has props from some movies he made and has facts about how he made the movies. One really cool thing I saw was the skeleton of a giant slot. It was ten feet tall and had feet larger than my head, and claws the size of my arms. I will definitely go back at some point to see them.

Recently I have read The Comedy of Errors by William Shakespeare. It was about two exactly identical twin brothers and their identical servants who accidentally got their identities swapped. I chose the book because I absolutely adore Shakespeare and the book sounded interesting.
There are two types of books, windows and mirrors, windows are books that do not relate to you and mirror books relate to you. This book is more of a window to me because I don’t have a twin brother and I have never met someone who looked exactly like me. I tend to read books that are windows because I like new worlds, people, and places.
If you want to choose the perfect D&D miniature for your friend or for yourself you need to know:
Once you know the class the player plays you can begin by looking at the wide selection and use the players “cool” scale to narrow down the selection.
Finally, you use the player’s personality to find the very best miniature.

As you know I love Egyptology so in this post I will share some facts about king Tut (Tut Ankh Amon). Now you may think Tut had no children, if so well than your wrong he had two stillborn daughters because of unstable genetics because of brother sister marriage.
Now you may know Tut as the “Boy King”, well that’s also wrong most ancient Egyptians lived 16-20 years and Tut lived to 19 and ancient Egyptians reached maturity at 14 so therefor King Tut Ankh Amun was an adult.
Now finally about his last name Amun all Pharos would have had that last name because it referred to him being the son of the god Amun Re.
